Dagmar Ceľuchová Bošanská is a seasoned expert in innovation, digital transformation, and data-driven governance. She is a co-founder of Alistiq and the civil association Futuristiq, championing smarter public services and modern governance through cutting-edge technology. 

Her professional background includes
Leading the implementation of the first voice-over-IP system for air traffic management while at Frequentis (2008–2010). 
, Working at Arthur D. Little on eHealth systems and national-level public sector digital reforms, including cloud & zero-client architectures in Kosovo. 
, Shaping Slovakia’s digital policies during her time at the Ministry of Finance: contributing to strategic documents for eGovernment, big data & open data, and national ICT infrastructure. 
, Representing Slovakia’s interests in EU digital affairs during the Slovak Presidency of the Council of the EU.
